Join us for this discussion-driven ChatHER session designed to create space for these often-unspoken realities and how they show up in technical work, leadership paths, and day-to-day expectations. Together, we’ll explore the pressures of tech culture and how they intersect with changes in energy, focus, and capacity, while challenging stigma and recognizing these experiences as shared, not individual, challenges.
