Real Life, Real Careers: The Unspoken Side of Women in Tech 

Career growth in tech doesn’t happen in isolation and, for many women, peak professional years often overlap with major life transitions like menopause and caregiving.


Join us for this discussion-driven ChatHER session designed to create space for these often-unspoken realities and how they show up in technical work, leadership paths, and day-to-day expectations. Together, we’ll explore the pressures of tech culture and how they intersect with changes in energy, focus, and capacity, while challenging stigma and recognizing these experiences as shared, not individual, challenges.


This session offers a supportive space to connect, reflect, and engage at your comfort level, whether you choose to share or simply listen. Attendees will leave with greater awareness, a sense of community, and a broader perspective on building more sustainable and inclusive experiences for women in tech.
