Harrisburg University and the Technology Council of Central Pennsylvania unite to host Pennsylvania’s largest governmental technology conference, offering innovative learning tracks, AI-driven insights, and meaningful cross-sector collaboration.

On August 14, 2025, PA TechCon, the state’s leading governmental technology event, took place at Harrisburg University of Science & Technology (HU). Produced by Harrisburg University in partnership with the Technology Council of Central Pennsylvania (TCCP), the conference brought together government leaders, technology innovators, and industry experts for a full day of groundbreaking presentations, networking, and collaborative learning. This year’s gathering welcomed over 700 participants, including more than 500 in-person attendees.
