Honoring Growth and Connection at the 2025 – 2026 Women In Tech Completion Luncheon
On Saturday, 4/4/2026, Mentors, Mentees, and Mentor Coaches gathered to celebrate the conclusion of this year’s TCCP Women In Tech Mentoring Program—a seven-month experience centered on growth, connection, and shared learning.
This year’s program also marked an exciting milestone for TCCP, as we welcomed a record-setting cohort—our largest group of participants to date. The scale of this year’s program made the impact even more powerful, bringing together an incredible community of individuals committed to learning, supporting one another, and growing together.
The luncheon offered a chance to pause and reflect on the journey. Throughout the program, participants built meaningful relationships, gained new perspectives, and supported one another through both personal and professional milestones. The stories shared were a powerful reminder of the impact mentorship can have—sparking confidence, opening doors, and creating momentum for what’s next.
We also had a little fun along the way—congratulations to our Bingo winner, Jessica Delo of Capital Blue Cross, and to our TCCP Webstore raffle winner! We loved adding a few celebratory moments to an already meaningful day.
While the formal program has come to a close, the connections built over these past several months will continue to grow. What began as mentorship has evolved into a lasting network of support, encouragement, and collaboration across Central PA’s tech community.
A sincere thank you to our Women In Tech Subcommittee Co-Chairs, Lori Montgomery and Reesy Neff, whose leadership and dedication helped guide this year’s program with intention and care. Your commitment continues to create meaningful opportunities for women in tech to connect and thrive.
We’re also incredibly grateful to this year’s Mentor Coaches, Shanice Mariluz and Rena Rhinehart-Fowler, whose guidance and steady presence helped create a strong foundation for participants throughout the program. Your support played an important role in shaping a positive and impactful experience.
To our Mentor Group Leaders—Amy Gangl, Amanda Mooney, Deepa Moorthy, and Amy Stephenson—thank you for fostering thoughtful conversations, building community within your groups, and showing up with consistency and encouragement along the way. Your leadership made a difference.
And to our 2025–2026 Mentors and Mentees: thank you for the time, energy, and authenticity you brought to this experience. Your willingness to engage, share, and grow is what makes this program so meaningful year after year.
As we close this chapter, we look ahead with excitement—knowing the relationships built here will continue to inspire, support, and uplift long after the program’s end.
