Our final Women in Tech Breakfast of 2025 was one to remember! This morning’s program, “Embrace Your Leadership!”, brought together women (and allies) from across Central PA’s tech community for an energizing mix of connection, reflection, and inspiration — not to mention a delicious breakfast.

Leadership Harrisburg Area’s President & CEO, Una Martone, led us through an engaging and heartfelt conversation about what it truly means to lead. Her message reminded us that leadership isn’t about age, title, or tenure — it’s about positive influence, authentic relationships, and defining success on your own terms. Una encouraged us to set aside comparisons, criticisms, and self-doubt so we can step fully into our leadership potential with confidence and clarity.

As always, Una brought her signature energy, humor, and heart to the room. We’re so grateful to her for sharing both her big message and big personality with us this morning — and for recommending the insightful read, “What Got You Here Won’t Get You There” by Marshall Goldsmith. (We’re adding it to our reading lists!)
