The Partnership for Career Development is a nonprofit 501c-3 SouthCentral PA regional intermediary solely dedicated to Career Awareness and preparation, providing services, resources, and programs to 20-25 participating schools, CTCs, and partners. Our growth has has been unprecedented with participating schools now located In Franklin County, in addition to Dauphin, Cumberland, and Perry Counties where we have served for nearly 30 years.

PCD's sponsorship and presenter opportunities are now open.

There is no cost to present, applications are accepted throughout the year, and consulting is available to assist with your high-school-level presentation.

PCD, the York County Alliance for Learning (YCAL), the Capital Area Intermediate Unit, and the Harrisburg Regional Chamber additionally organize the Cradle to Career Alliance; a collective impact coalition for Career Awareness & Preparation (CAP) that meets monthly to achieve member-defined goals. Those include the development on an online experience connector, a regional Career Expo, and more.
