Fellow TCCP member Bradley Milbrand is conducting doctoral dissertation research and is asking for support from our tech community.

Bradley is studying how team culture and work environment (in-person vs. remote) influence the relationship between workplace stress and voluntary turnover intentions. As IT professionals, your experiences offer valuable perspective in understanding how organizations can build healthier, more effective teams.
