Sage497 March Newsletter: On To Year Two

Sage497 March Newsletter: On To Year Two

I wanted to share the March 2026 edition of the Sage 497 Consulting newsletter, which highlights a few updates, insights, and perspectives as we officially kick-off year 2 of Sage497!

This issue marks the one-year milestone for Sage497, reflecting on the conversations, partnerships, and opportunities that helped shape the first year and looking ahead to continuing to support organizations navigating technology, cybersecurity, and operational challenges.

The newsletter also includes several recent announcements and updates, including cybersecurity awareness training conducted for a local government, continued advisory services supporting PA local governments and nonprofits, and the development of new partnerships and collaborations with organizations.

In addition, the issue shares several recent insights and articles, including topics such as:

  • The importance of pausing for clarity before rushing into technology or modernization decisions
  • The role fractional leadership can play in helping organizations focus on the right priorities
  • The value of strong professional support networks
  • Using debriefs and reflection to turn everyday work into lasting organizational knowledge

The central theme of the issue focuses on moving from reactive decision-making toward intentional strategy, encouraging leaders to align technology, operations, and governance to shape a stronger future rather than simply responding to challenges as they arise.

If any of the topics resonate or if it would be helpful to compare notes about challenges or initiatives your organization is facing, I’d always welcome the opportunity to connect.

Thank you.
