As we kick off 2026, I wanted to share Sage497’s January newsletter with you, see attached.

The past year was about building momentum, launching Sage497, working with clients across government, nonprofits, and related sectors, publishing insights, and delivering educational sessions. That foundation now shifts into a clear focus for 2026: execution, impact, and turning strategy into measurable results.

This issue outlines where we’re focused this year, including strengthening operations, organizational optimization, modernizing technology, addressing cybersecurity and enterprise risk as shared responsibilities, and helping leaders move long-delayed priorities off the “someday” list and into action. It also reflects on key lessons from 2025 around leadership, change, continuity, and practical operational improvement, especially in environments facing constant pressure and limited resources.

We also refreshed the Sage497 website to better reflect our services and the work we’re doing alongside organizations that are ready to move forward with clarity and purpose.
