Key requirements:

5+ years of hands-on experience in network and server administration

Proven expertise with server installation, maintenance, and security

Experience with VOIP, telephony systems, and providing excellent customer service

Nice-to-have: Network administrator background

Deal breakers: Lack of current server experience or hands-on involvement with server management

Main duties:

Maintain and troubleshoot the organization’s server environment to ensure seamless operations

Support VOIP and telephony systems, resolving issues swiftly and efficiently

Work collaboratively with the MSP partner to align technology goals and address challenges

Assist in upcoming strategic IT projects, including R&D budget planning

Contribute to network security and safeguard organizational data

Help support their presence at industry events, providing audio-visual assistance where needed

Respond to user support requests, ensuring a high level of customer service and support quality

Salary range of $60,000 to $75,000, with annual reviews and up to 3% raises after three years
