The ideal candidate will bring over 7 years of hands-on experience in D365 Finance and Supply Chain modules, with a strong background in leading ERP implementations, re-implementations, and process optimization. A deep understanding of finance, supply chain, and operational systems- especially in complex, multi-entity environments- is essential. The role involves guiding teams through design, deployment, and post-launch enhancements, while partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure best practices and seamless integrations. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 4+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain or AX
- Proven experience leading ERP implementation projects, including discovery, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Strong functional expertise across core D365 modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cost & Project Accounting, Cash & Bank
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and system solutions
- Experience with integrations, data migration, validation, and cutover activities
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and team leadership skills
- Knowledge of financial controls, compliance, and process audit standards
Main responsibilities:
- Direct the design, configuration, and deployment of D365 Finance and associated modules across the organization
- Oversee vendor relationships, project teams, and external consultants to ensure successful project execution
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize financial, supply chain, and operational processes, ensuring adherence to best practices
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, including discovery, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support
- Maintain system health through issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvement
- Champion user training, change management, and documentation efforts to maximize system adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Finance, Operations, IT, and executive leadership—to develop scalable, standardized solutions
