JFC Global is seeking a skilled and motivated Tech Specialist to join a growing IT team. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic oversight, supporting both daily operations and larger infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong networking and systems administration skills and experience with Azure and Fortinet environments.

Key Responsibilities of a Tech Specialist

Manage and oversee network operations in partnership with third-party vendors, acting as the primary liaison between IT leadership and external teams.

Troubleshoot and monitor the Fortinet stack and other network systems.

Support ongoing cloud migration projects, moving on-prem servers to Azure.

Serve as the bridge between multiple teams.

Manage security groups in domain controllers, integrate APIs and applications, and support cybersecurity tools, patching, VPNs, and general systems administration.

Collaborate with the helpdesk team to ensure smooth IT operations and timely issue resolution.

Tech Specialist Requirements

3+ years of experience in IT systems administration, networking, or infrastructure support.

Hands-on experience with Azure and familiarity with the Fortinet stack.

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to manage network operations effectively.

Experience integrating applications, managing security groups, and supporting cybersecurity tools.

Excellent communication skills and ability to act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors.

Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
