Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network environments
• Strong understanding of Layer 3 routing, VLANs, and SD-WAN solutions
• Proficiency with Cisco switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless systems
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting network hardware and protocols
• Knowledge of enterprise networking technologies beyond small business setups
• Ability to set up and manage network devices remotely
• Relevant certifications (Cisco, CompTIA, or equivalent) preferred
• Excellent communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Main Responsibilities:

• Design, install, and maintain core network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and SD-WAN devices
• Ensure seamless network operations across multiple locations, including remote sites and data centers
• Monitor network performance, identify issues, and implement timely solutions
• Maintain network security through firewalls, VPNs, and access controls
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security policies
• Work closely with IT teams and management to understand and deliver network solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues quickly and effectively
• Develop disaster recovery strategies for network components
• Provide second and third-level support for complex network incidents
• Document network configurations, updates, and procedures
• Assist in infrastructure upgrades and future capacity planning
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new technologies as appropriate
