Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or related roles
  • Proficiency in Office 365 management and support
  • Basic to intermediate network troubleshooting, including firewalls and network configurations
  • Ability to upgrade workstations, perform Windows 11 migrations, and add hardware components confidently
  • Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to connect and communicate effectively
  • Willingness to work on-site 2-3 days weekly; some remote work possible
  • MSP experience a bonus but not essential
  • Driven, self-motivated, and eager to grow professionally

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technician resolving desktop issues, network troubleshooting, and supporting Office 365 administration
  • Perform routine upgrades, hardware updates, and basic server tasks
  • Collaborate closely with team members and clients to identify needs and deliver solutions
  • Maintain proactive communication to ensure systems are optimized and secure
  • Assist in implementing automation and cyber protection initiatives
  • Represent the company professionally during on-site visits and virtual support
  • Keep abreast of evolving technology trends and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Perks & Benefits:

  • Salary range of $65,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience and skills
  • Biweekly pay plus $200 per pay period for travel expenses and $50 for home internet/phone costs
