IT Support Engineer

The ideal candidate will join a dynamic small team with a rich history in the industry. Our client is seeking a highly skilled individual to support their O365 & desktop infrastructure, network devices, and provide technical expertise to their team and clients.

Key Responsibilities: As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, help with basic network connectivity, installs/upgrades, etc. You will work closely with clients to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless support. This role requires strong technical skills, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Requirements: We're looking for a highly motivated individual with at least 3 years of experience in a technical support role. You should have a strong understanding of O365 applications, basic network experience and hands-on deskside support experience. Experience with servers and network administration is a plus, but not required. What's most important is your ability to apply yourself, deliver results, and be the face of the organization to clients.

Nice to Have: Certifications in IT or a related field are a bonus. You should also be able to find answers to technical questions on your own, without relying on others.

What We Offer: As an IT Support Engineer, you can expect a competitive salary of up to $85,000 per year, plus benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k, and a bonus plan. You'll also enjoy a dynamic work environment with a talented team who are passionate about what they do.

Schedule: This is an on-site role with required travel to different clients within an hour or so of the Harrisburg area, with a standard 40-hour work week. You'll be expected to stay late to resolve issues, but you'll also have a generous PTO policy to ensure you have time to recharge.
