We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Manager to lead and oversee IT support operations. This leadership role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience managing IT teams and delivering customer-focused services. You will be responsible for guiding daily IT service functions, ensuring consistent, high-quality support.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and mentor the IT services team, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.

Establish, refine, and optimize operational processes to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.

Monitor performance metrics, analyze service quality, and implement solutions to enhance client satisfaction.

Manage escalations, evaluate technology workflows, and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT service strategies with organizational goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven leadership experience in IT service operations, ideally with 7+ years in a technical setting.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and cohesion within the team.

Strategic mindset with experience analyzing performance data and improving service delivery.

Experience with service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and MSP operations is a plus.

Proactive, service-oriented attitude with a track record of driving team engagement and performance.

Compensation & Benefits:

Annual salary: Around 100-120k based on experience, plus comprehensive benefits.
