Role Overview:

The focus of this role is leading large-scale, multi-site IT infrastructure programs and high-visibility, business-critical projects. The emphasis is on strategic project management, leadership, and ensuring enterprise infrastructure stability and scalability across servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale infrastructure projects including upgrades, migrations, and system rollouts
• Oversee enterprise infrastructure operations, ensuring availability, performance, and security
• Drive capacity planning, lifecycle refreshes, and long-term infrastructure strategy
• Manage cloud and hybrid environments, identity services, and core infrastructure platforms
• Coordinate disaster recovery planning and ensure compliance with recovery objectives
• Partner with service delivery teams to facilitate efficient escalation and resolution of issues
• Ensure adherence to security policies and collaborate with security teams during audits and risk reviews
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and licensing
• Provide leadership, direction, and professional development for infrastructure engineering teams

 Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience managing complex, multi-site IT infrastructure projects, with a track record in modernization initiatives and hybrid/cloud environments
• Cisco and Azure experience
• Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.
• Extensive experience guiding infrastructure programs and ability to plan strategically
