We are working on behalf of a client to identify a qualified professional for an exciting project coordination role focused on infrastructure and network deployment. In this position, you'll be instrumental in managing various aspects of network projects, including server rollouts and operating system updates, while supporting multiple departments and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, with particular expertise in networking, servers, and cloud systems. Strong project management skills are essential, including experience in creating project charters, overseeing rollout plans, leading status meetings, and coordinating staff assignments. Additional knowledge of cabling, data center setups, and hotel or building infrastructure would be highly advantageous, especially for projects involving physical site work such as cabling build-outs for cameras and badge systems.

This role involves close collaboration with project managers and technical teams, with a focus on ensuring smooth implementation and clear communication across all phases of the projects. Candidates with prior experience working in data centers, hotel environments, or construction-related cabling deployments will stand out. An understanding of general construction concepts and communication requirements will also be beneficial.

While a strong technical background is needed, the emphasis is on project coordination and planning expertise. Candidates should be comfortable leading meetings, gathering requirements, defining project timelines, and tracking progress to ensure projects stay on schedule. The ability to support multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with stakeholders is key.
