ETL Specialist role, on a permanent/hybrid basis is available. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining robust ETL processes to support the organization's data warehouse and business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will contribute to the modernization efforts by moving data to cloud platforms, developing data marts, and enhancing data architecture to meet evolving reporting needs.

As an ETL Specialist, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to understand their data requirements, translating them into scalable technical solutions. Your expertise will be critical in optimizing ETL workflows for performance and accuracy while troubleshooting issues and implementing process improvements. The position offers an opportunity to work on high-impact projects involving complex data integrations and system upgrades.

Qualified candidates will have the following background:

3+ years professional, focused ETL development, particularly in tools like Python, or SQL Server Integration Services in an enterprise environment.

3+ years solid proficiency in SQL and familiarity with relational databases like Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.

Exposure to cloud technologies, especially Azure will be beneficial

Ability to build strong relationships with peers and stakeholders, take ownership of tasks, and influence architectural decisions.

Clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and a desire to learn are key to excelling in this position. 

The role involves engagement in an on-premises systems to a cloud-first approach migration. Ongoing projects that include developing versatile data marts and integrating new systems like web portals and industry platforms. The team is also seeking someone who can adapt to inconsistencies across environments and contribute to refining existing processes. 

The work environment is hybrid, with three days onsite and two remote, offering some flexibility to accommodate different schedules.
