ERP Systems Analyst
This ERP Systems Analyst role is a direct hire opportunity within a small, collaborative IT team that supports a wide range of Infor systems. Key Responsibilities of an ERP Systems Analyst
Administer and support modules within the ERP system
Provide front-line end-user support, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure uptime across business units
Analyze existing workflows and implement process improvements within the ERP platform
Collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement system enhancements and reporting tools
Assist with business documentation—defining workflows, process standards, and system configurations
Support both functional and technical areas of the ERP, with flexibility to take on development work as needed
ERP Systems Analyst Requirements
2+ years of experience with any ERP system (support, administration, or development)
Foundational SQL knowledge
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable working in a small team with shared responsibilities and direct business impact
Salary Expectations
The base salary for this role is up to $85k, depending on experience. Benefits include:
