ERP Systems Analyst
This ERP Systems Analyst role is a direct hire opportunity within a small, collaborative IT team that supports a wide range of Infor systems. Based in York, this hybrid position (primarily on-site) is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real business problems through ERP configuration, support, and data reporting.

You'll play a key role in supporting and optimizing the company’s Infor CloudSuite (Syteline) environment—driving both system stability and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities of an ERP Systems Analyst
- Administer and support modules within the Infor Suite, including Syteline, Factory Track, Birst, and Rhythm
- Provide front-line end-user support, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure uptime across business units
- Analyze existing workflows and implement process improvements within the Infor CloudSuite platform
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement system enhancements and reporting tools
- Lead or contribute to Birst development, including data modeling and dashboard/report creation
- Assist with business documentation—defining workflows, process standards, and system configurations
- Support both functional and technical areas of the ERP, with flexibility to take on development work as needed
ERP Systems Analyst Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with Infor CloudSuite / Syteline (support, administration, or development)
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, configuration, and/or module enhancements
- Exposure to Birst reporting, dashboard development, or space creation is a major plus
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a small team with shared responsibilities and direct business impact
Bonus Skills
- Experience with Factory Track or Rhythm modules
- Infor Birst: development of advanced reporting and dashboards
- ERP documentation and cross-departmental training experience
Salary Expectations
The base salary for this role is up to $120,000, depending on experience. Benefits include:
