Reporting/Data Analyst
A stable, long-established organization in the healthcare benefits space is adding a Reporting/Data Analyst to support reporting, dashboards, and analytics across business and operational teams. What you’ll be doing

• Partner with leaders and front-line teams to understand reporting needs and define metrics/KPIs.
• Analyze operational and utilization data to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerts (Power BI and Microsoft reporting stack).
• Translate findings into clear business “stories” leaders can act on.
• Manage a portfolio of recurring reporting plus ad hoc analysis.
• Support break/fix and enhancements for existing reporting assets.
• Contribute to data quality, governance, documentation, and analytics best practices.

What they’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (CS, Statistics, Data Engineering, Business, etc.)
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in reporting/data analysis
• Strong SQL skills and experience with tools such as Power BI, SSRS/SSIS/SSAS, Excel, and related Microsoft technologies
• Ability to communicate comfortably with both technical and non-technical groups
• Preferred: exposure to using AI tools in analytics workflows.
