Description
Veterans in Tech: Special Session with Team Red, White & Blue
Calling all Veterans! Join us for a special Veterans in Tech session featuring Team Red, White & Blue (Team RWB) on September 1st.
This one-hour virtual peer learning session is a great opportunity to connect with fellow veterans throughout Central PA, learn from peers, and explore resources that support veterans both personally and professionally.
We’re excited to welcome Ron Trimnell and Scott Lemmon from Team RWB as our featured presenters. Ron and Scott will share more about Team RWB, their mission, and how their community helps veterans build healthier, more connected lives.
Founded by veterans in 2010, Team RWB has grown into a community of more than 300,000 Veterans, Service Members, military families, and supporters—known as “Eagles.” The organization focuses on enriching the lives of veterans through events and programs that promote a healthy lifestyle and stronger connections.
Team RWB recognizes that many veterans carry a mission-first mindset from their military service and may put their own health and well-being on the back burner. Their community focuses on:
- Accountability
- Sense of belonging
- Motivation
- Opportunity to serve
- Improved health
Come prepared to connect, share your experiences, ask questions, and learn from others’ stories, challenges, and opportunities. Whether you're navigating the transition from military service to civilian life, building your career in tech, or simply looking to strengthen your veteran community, this special session is for you.
