TechThrive 2023 is a 5-month series of facilitated virtual discussions centered around opportunities and challenges that influence success within the Central PA tech ecosystem. Whether you are an independent contractor, an entry-level technologist, a middle manager, the CEO or somewhere in between, all are welcome. While those who are able to attend all 5 sessions will reap the greatest benefits from the experience, those who know ahead of time that they will have to miss a session or two are still welcome.

FOCUS: Participants will be expected to purchase a copy of the book Dare to Lead: Brave Work. Tough Conversations. Whole Hearts. by Brene Brown prior to the first virtual meeting on Thursday, 6/22/2023 and complete reading assignments prior to each monthly discussion.

GOAL: TechThrive discussions will center around the following questions:

How can we cultivate braver, more daring leaders within the technology community in Central PA?
How can we embed the value of courage in our culture?

SCHEDULE:  TechThrive virtual sessions will be held on the 4th Thursday of every month from 12 – 1 pm for a total of 5 months.

DETAILS:  As TechThrive is a 100% discussion-oriented virtual series, the size of the group is limited to no more than 20 people.
