This special TCCP Series highlights the impact of the pandemic on Central PA tech.  Each session features a different company’s story and highlights the type of shift(s) they and their customers have had to make while adjusting to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.  October’s presentation will highlight the story of Members 1^st Federal Credit Union as told by its CIO, Bob West.  Members 1^st Federal Credit Unions describes themselves as the preferred financial institution and an employer of choice in the South Central Pennsylvania community.  Bob’s story will include a description of the tech his team and customers were using pre-COVID vs. now and the types of shifts his company has had to make to continue to thrive.  His presentation will be followed by open Q&A that can be used to ask questions of both Bob and the others in attendance.
