This presentation will provide participants with an overview, based on science from industrial-organizational psychology, and studies on: 1) how to identify the candidate(s) you need; 2) how to identify candidate pools; 3) how to describe positions; 4) legally defensible, best practices for selecting candidates; and 5) NIST's NICE Framework.
