Build your professional network and learn from peers with experience and / or interest in project management. This is an opportunity to connect, learn and innovate with others throughout Central PA. Come prepared to pose project management-related issues, questions, problems and/or opportunities to the group and leave with a wealth of insights based on the experience of the others in attendance. Primary Topic

During this time together, we’ll dig into some connected 2025 project management trends around an increase in hybrid methodologies and PMO decentralization. We’ll talk about how these trends are impacting individual resources in a project manager role vs. a scrum master role. We’ll discuss tooling impacts and how artifact management is impacted. We look forward to unpacking some of this with our Peer Learning Group and advancing the discussion.

We’ll explore trends in project management ‘upskilling.’ What micro-credentials have you pursued recently or plan for in early 2025? What learning platforms are trending, e.g. Coursera, LinkedIn Learning? How does this align with your 2025 Performance Goals?

On May 7, our group will reconvene with a special guest speaker. TCCP Board Member and DE&I specialist Brooke Holland will join us to talk about DE&I’s connection to project and program management. Please be thinking about and sending us content and questions for this exciting 2Q25 meeting.
