Description
The Antiracist Development Institute (ADI) at Penn State Dickinson Law assists institutions and organizations with implementing antiracist principles using design thinking methodology, a human-centered failure tolerant approach to problem solving. In this session, the ADI will provide some background information about the organization and how they have achieved success by embracing failure.
