Our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in Tech Summit was only the beginning of our efforts to help TCCP members recruit and retain diverse tech talent. Focusing on the groups that our strategic planning process identified as underrepresented within the Central PA tech community beyond our existing Women In Tech initiative, please join us during any of the upcoming TCCP Member Only DEI-themed Thought Group Discussions to help TCCP map out our next steps.  Discussion group size will be limited to 15 participants.
