In most cases, we all have, and it can be very frustrating. However, when we are armed with the right awareness and tools, these situations can be greatly reduced.

Participants in this workshop will complete their own DISC behavioral assessment to identify their style and preferences. They will also discuss steps to identify others’ behavioral styles, ways to adapt to them and ultimately improve how they communicate and interact with others. This workshop applies to anyone, in any capacity in any role that entails communicating with others. For anyone who may have taken a DISC profile or training before, this goes well beyond your individual results and dives deeper into how we leverage this information in communicating with others. This virtual 2-part workshop is being offered in partnership with Sandler Training exclusively for the TCCP community and will be facilitated by Greg Orth.

Greg Orth is the Owner and President of Sandler Training in Lancaster PA as well as being a certified DISC instructor. Sandler Training builds sales, management, leadership, behavioral and customer service training programs to suit the individual business owner or professional as well as programs for larger organizations.
