In this session, Amy Bretherick Gangl will share why she and others on the development team for PMI's Business Analysis for Practitioners: A Practice Guide (Second Edition) thought the conversation about business analysis needed to change and how that drove the fundamental changes from the First Edition. Attendees will hear how the team endeavored to use a new format to create a publication that is accessible and easy to understand for project professionals and anyone else who wants to improve their skills in this area. Learn how this document is intended to be used by business analysts, project managers, team members, sponsors, and others to collaborate more effectively and do better project work. This interactive session will invite everyone to the conversation throughout, as well as provide time for Q&A at the end.
