If you work with or are exposed to Agile practices, we welcome you to join the Agile Peer Learning Group to share perspectives and experiences on the good, bad, and ugly of how Agile practices have impacted you in the workplace. This is a great opportunity to learn and connect with others who are passionate about Agile practices in the Central Pennsylvania community.

We are thrilled to have peer facilitator Don Demcsak introducing the Lean Coffee technique and tool. Don, along with regular co-facilitators Matt and Jeff, will guide the group through the Lean Coffee process, giving members hands-on exposure to this innovative and effective approach for structured yet flexible group discussions. This process will also empower group members to help determine upcoming topics and areas of focus for the Agile Peer Learning Group, ensuring that future sessions are driven by the needs and interests of the group.

Come prepared to pose Agile-related issues, questions, problems, and opportunities to the group.
