Description

As AI continues to reshape how we work, successful adoption depends on more than new tools. It requires thoughtful change management that keeps people at the center. This discussion will explore how we can guide teams through AI-driven change by building trust, addressing uncertainty and creating space for learning, experimentation and elevating the people that need to remain at the center of it all. Together, we’ll examine how to balance innovation with empathy so AI enhances, not replaces, the creativity, connection and decision-making that people bring.

MODERATOR: Jim Griffith

Jim is a Business Consulting Associate Director within NTT DATA's Government Consulting and Advisory (GCA) practice. GCA specializes in planning, managing and implementing mission critical government IT projects. Jim has more than 30 years of industry experience in enterprise system governance, multi-state system implementations, design and delivery of health industry product offerings, long-term modernization planning, user centered design and design thinking, team upskilling and leadership development. He also serves as an Executive Board Member with the Technology Council of Central PA (TCCP), as well as ion the board of several additional regional nonprofit organizations. Jim is an adjunct Senior System Designer with Penn State Dickinson Law’s Antiracist Development Institute (ADI) and a longtime adjunct instructor at HACC and he recently completed the Fall 2025 Center for AI and Digital Policy (CAIDP) Policy Clinic with distinction. He is currently supporting several workstreams for the public / private Safe AI in Medicaid Alliance (SAMA) consortium.

He’s the founder of My Creative Community, where he helps organizations design gatherings and strategies that spark connection and drive action. A lifelong social entrepreneur (and lover of fog machines), Spud has launched multiple ventures and partnered with groups ranging from large multinationals to small local arts councils.

Mark Belkowski is an IT Demand Manager and Change Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in higher education, IT and service leadership. At Penn State, he helps support organizational change efforts by partnering with stakeholders, shaping communication strategies and providing consultation for teams and business areas. His work focuses on building alignment, strengthening collaboration, and helping people navigate change in ways that are clear, practical, and sustainable.
