Human-centered design isn’t just a methodology — it’s a mindset that transforms how organizations approach problem solving, technology implementation, and change. In this session, you’ll learn how applying human-centered design principles can help you identify the right problems to solve, elevate stakeholder voices, and create solutions that people actually adopt. From system design to project management, prioritizing user needs leads to smarter decisions, stronger alignment, and more sustainable outcomes. Brooke Holland and Nicole Morrison of Capital Blue Cross — both certified in LUMA’s human-centered design framework — will share practical insights and real-world applications of these principles in action. They’ll also explore the technology adoption change curve and how understanding adoption stages can dramatically improve implementation success. If you’re leading change, implementing technology, or looking to strengthen engagement across teams, this session will equip you with tools to design solutions that work — because they work for people.
