For a decade, the Technology Council of Central Pennsylvania has proudly shined a spotlight on the women who are transforming our region’s tech community—visionary leaders, inspiring role models, fearless trailblazers, and rising stars whose impact reaches far beyond the workplace.

This 10th anniversary celebration is more than an awards ceremony—it’s a jubilant tribute to the incredible progress of the past decade and a bold toast to the future. Alongside honoring today’s leaders, we’ll continue our tradition of investing in tomorrow by awarding scholarships to exceptional female students pursuing STEM degrees at regional colleges and universities. These scholarships are more than recognition—they’re a launchpad for the next generation of innovators.

The Women in Technology Awards are also the centerpiece of TCCP’s broader Women In Technology initiative, a driving force behind greater equity, opportunity, and inclusion across the tech industry. For ten years, we’ve been building momentum—and we’re just getting started.
